I have been assisting individuals for 16 years, and have been providing online
services for the past 7 years. I work with adults through individual
online development of goals and realistic strategies for achieving those
goals. My approach is solution focused, helping you to set practical
goals that you can achieve in your relationships, career, and general life
issues. We can also work together via telephone consultation or onsite
if you are in the Baltimore metropolitan area. I also provide consulting
services to organizations.
My clientele are from all walks of life and I am skilled at providing culturally sensitive services. Currently, I am Director of Performance Improvement for a large multi-service medical and human services organization. In my career history I have been a psychotherapist, educator, small business and organizational development consultant, non-profit administrator, and have held leadership positions in mental health, healthcare, and health education.
