Richter graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta, Canada
in 1982. Before coming to Baltimore she worked for more than 20 years
in private practice and mental health programs in Salt Lake City, Utah,
Orange County, California, Edmonton, Alberta and Montreal, Quebec. She
currently practices fulltime at The Resource Group.
